Equal Pay Bill, Arkansas HB 1021, Set for Special Order of Business Tuesday

We need your presence and voice this Tuesday at the Arkansas State Capitol!

Please join us in supporting Representative Fred Love’s Equal Pay Bill (HB1021) this Tuesday, March 14th at 10:00AM at the Arkansas State Capitol room 130.

HB 1021 is scheduled to come up as special order of business in the House Committee for Public Health, Welfare, and Labor Tuesday, March 14th at the 10:00AMmeeting. We will have Arkansas Equal Pay Coalition buttons to hand out, and we have a couple individuals on hand ready to testify. Please arrive around 9:30AM!

We are still looking for women who are willing to testify on first hand experience with pay discrimination in their careers. If you are interested and willing to give your voice, please contact Maria Jones atmhjones@comcast.net.
